The Broker - The Short Version
TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Online broker based in Saint Lucia, licensed through the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.
That last detail matters. It means the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. It is better than a random name you cannot trace.
The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities prime brokers run on. Usually a new brokerage starts with a white-label MT4 setup. These guys led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.
Market coverage: FX, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, shares, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For a platform that launched in March 2026, the breadth is not narrow.
What You Trade On
You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a browser platform. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Many pick one platform. Getting both matters. Pick what suits your style.
MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 previously, you know exactly what you are getting.
cTrader is the cleaner option. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.
Direct FIX connectivity is offered for bots but needs the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is said to be coming. That will be a good addition when it arrives.
Costs
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Works for beginners.
Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. Meaning your all-in cost can sit under half a pip. That is cheap for an offshore broker. Most platforms that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade does not.
VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not relevant to most retail traders. Skip it unless you trade institutionally.
Infrastructure
This is where TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are proper execution targets. The average platform quote 100ms to 300ms.
Does this affect you? For short-term trading, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Pair that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and what you get is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.
The FSRA Question
Here is the part that matters. TabTrade is under Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, this broker is not for you. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.
That said. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Scam brokers do not invest in Equinix connectivity. This does not make it safe. It should factor into your assessment.
The trade-off: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether this deal is worth it depends on you.
The Bonus
TabTrade offers a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Standard welcome offer. You deposit, they credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before you deposit.
